Private Training
Sessions can range from 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the client’s needs. Within the session, a personalized program will be created to help build strength, speed, power and agility. Clients will be guided through a wide range of targeted regimens that will challenge and push them towards their desired fitness goals
Price: $150 - $200 / hour
Semi-Private Group Session
A 1-hour high-energy training session with a small group of no more than 4 people. With a wide variety of boxing techniques and exercises tailored to the group’s needs, clients will receive personalized attention split between both Cameron and Solomon. Group sessions will rapidly increase skill sets while still providing an athlete-level workout.
Price: $60 / person (4 people max)
